Please Note: Some treatments may require a deposit to secure the appointment. If a deposit is required, we will contact you and confirm this by telephone. We are able to accept payments from either debit or credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you fail to show for your treatment we reserve the right to apply a 50% charge.
We have had to introduce this policy due to an increase in the number of clients who miss appointments. Remember, if you miss an appointment without telling us you deprive another customer the chance of a treatment.
Booking Terms apply whether the appointment is booked on-line, over the telephone, or in person at the salon.
